Do you charge by the room, square footage, or job size when cleaning floors?
For residential cleaning we charge per AREA (this is any room 250sqft. or smaller or any rooms separated by a partition). For commercial cleaning we charge per square foot.
Are there extra fees for heavily soiled areas or spot treatment?
We do not charge any extra for heavily soiled areas. The only extra charge could be some pet pretreatments that we offer for yellowing pet spots.
Do you offer a military, first responder, senior, or repeat-customer discount?
We offer a 10% military and first responder discount. We also mail out discounts to repeat customers. Sorry but we don't offer a senior discount at this time.

Do you use eco-friendly cleaning products?
Yes, we use safe, eco-friendly cleaning solutions that are family and pet friendly. In fact our most commonly used pre-spray contains 6 green ingredients that are environmentally friendly and safe. Our products do not contain butyls, or harsh solvents.
What type of cleaning method do you use?
Our method of cleaning is called "Hot water extraction". Hot water extraction is a deep cleaning process where hot water mixed with cleaning solution is injected into carpet or upholstery fibers under pressure, then immediately extracted along with dirt, allergens, and debris, leaving carpets and upholstery clean and refreshed.
How long will carpets take to dry after cleaning?
Drying time is typically around 4–6 hours, although drying conditions can vary. We will use ceiling fans and your home's HVAC unit to help increase drying times.
Guarantees:
Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee or free re-clean if stains return?
Yes, we offer a free re-do service on the areas of concern. If not completely satisfied we can issue a refund.
Are you insured/bonded for any accidental damage?
Yes, we are fully insured and bonded.
Extras Included:
Is furniture moving included in the price?
We can move small items around within the room. We do not move items from room to room. We do not move items such as beds, dressers, cabinets, or anything holding electronics.

How can I get on your schedule?
What should I do to prepare for the technician's arrival?
Clear small items (toys, plants, decor) off the floor.
Pin up bedskirts or drapes so they don’t touch damp carpet.
Vacuum areas to be cleaned.
Leave a space in your driveway for the technicians to park the carpet cleaning van.
Plan for pets to be in a safe space away from equipment and wet carpet.
